Do Creatine Gummies Actually Work?
Creatine gummies are everywhere now, and the obvious question is whether they actually do anything or if they're just candy with a health halo. The honest answer: they work exactly as well as powder — but only if they're properly dosed, and that's a bigger 'if' than most people realize.
Form doesn't matter — dose does
Your muscles don't care whether creatine arrives as a powder, a capsule, or a gummy. What matters is how much creatine you actually absorb. Studies consistently show that the same daily dose produces the same benefits, regardless of format.
So a properly-dosed gummy works just like powder — minus the chalky taste and the shaker bottle.
The real problem: under-dosing
Here's where a lot of gummies fall short. Independent lab testing has found that some creatine gummies contain far less creatine than the label claims — which is why third-party testing matters.
The other thing to watch is added sugar — some brands pack a lot of it in to make the gummies taste good.
How to tell if a gummy actually works
Check three things: (1) the creatine dose and form per serving; (2) how many gummies that takes; and (3) whether the brand publishes third-party test results proving what's on the label is in the product.
LiftLab delivers 3,000 mg of creatine HCl in three gummies, made in an NSF GMP-certified facility.
